Ethos Fair Trade Gifts and Handicrafts have been customers of Siham Craftlink since 2007. During this time we have found the Siham team to be so helpful, efficient and courteous that we, at Ethos have named them the ‘Siham Can-Do Team’. Our products always arrive promptly and securely packed and are of the highest quality. One of the things we love most about Siham Craftlink is the information they provide about the fair trade producer groups with whom they trade. This gives Ethos the type of transparency that enables us to offer our product to our customers with confidence and pride, knowing that in some small way we are all making a difference. Thank you for all your support Siham Craftlink and keep up the good work!

“As the new business owner of Esther Parties, I found Pam and her team to be a consistent source of amazing Fair Trade products, touching artisan stories and of invaluable advice, assistance and support. The team at Siham are accommodating, professional and efficient, and their range of Fair Trade crafts and homewares is extensive. What I value most is that for every single item in every single colour and design, Pam can tell you the personal story of the creators and constantly builds and upholds that connection between the artisan and the purchaser.”

Our business, Serendib Craftlink, has had a rewarding relationship with Siham Craftlink for over ten years. Based on our shared commitment to ethical trading with artisans from developing countries and a desire to source beautiful, practical handmade items for our local market, we recognise the vision and effort that Pam and her team work tirelessly to accomplish. Shirley and Pam both developed their interest in Fair Trade craft through their involvement in World Vision Club and believe that fair and equitable trading will provide the long term answers for many of the poor and marginalised in Third World countries. Our business has a main focus of providing authentic, quality multicultural resources to early learning services and we are delighted that our products are admired by the child care professionals in many services right throughout New South Wales. Pam has been instrumental in helping develop new and exciting lines, as well as sourcing traditional products which reflect the different cultures in Africa, Asia and South America. On a personal level, we value our friendship, and appreciate Pam’s compassion and calm, efficient approach in running her business.
