• Can I return a faulty or damaged product?

    Please note that in the instance of a faulty product we will replace the item, not provide a refund. In the instance of us not being able to replace the item, we will then organise a refund.
  • Do you use Express Post?

    We don't offer express post on our website however if you are needing your item to be express posted please contact us at sihamcraft@optusnet.com.au or phone 0413101529 to organize. 

    There will be an additional cost involved. 

  • I forgot to order something, can I add to my order?

    Yes, if your order has not been packed you are welcome to add to your order. We ask that you contact us directly to discuss on (07) 3276 0684 or email us at sihamcraft@optusnet.com.au.
  • I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

    Yes, if your order has not been dispatched we are able to change your shipping address. However, if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to make the change. Please note that we will not accept liability in the instance of the wrong delivery address being supplied.
  • Do you deliver to separate addresses?

    No, we are unable to ship to several addresses. If you require items to be sent to several different locations we ask that you place separate orders for each address.
  • How much will shipping be?

    We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for delivery of all online retail orders within Australia or free shipping for all online retail orders over $200. Please note that there may be an extra surcharge of $20.00 for large items and this will be displayed on each individual item page as "Large Item Shipping Surcharge". Retail orders are delivered within Australia via Australia Post (with tracking) or Fast way Couriers (with tracking), whichever works out to be the most cost effective shipping method.

  • How long will it take to dispatch my order?

    Your order will be dispatched generally within 1 to 2 business days from Brisbane. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email. Please note that dispatch time can vary leading up to the Christmas/New year period.
