These dolls have been hand made by a producer at the Y.W.C.A. Craft Centre, Bangladesh. This centre gives skill training and work to 450 ladies, especially those who have been uneducated and destitute. This centre creates a warm caring environment for the producers. Some of the services available to the producers are a 10% compulsory savings scheme , health care, subsidised medicine, interest free loan and the availability of free legal advice
