Thank you for choosing to purchase our Fair Trade products. Please take your time to read the below Terms & Conditions before going ahead with your order.

ORDERING PROCESS - After your order is submitted we will then organize to pack your order and send you a finalized invoice with shipping & handling cost added. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at the time of ordering. We update our web page weekly with out of stock items and new items.

PRICES - Please note that we are still updating our online catalogue to reflect price changes due to the fall in the AUS Dollar. You may find that some prices will be higher on your official invoice compared to online. We will always make the customer aware of any price differences before processing the order.

PAYMENT - New customers are to make payment before their order is dispatched. Returning customers are allowed 21 days to make payment. If you do not make payment of invoices within the 21 days we may require payment before orders are sent in future.
We accept Bank Transfer, Cheque, Cash and Credit Card payments.

DELIVERY - Your items will be delivered to you by either Fastway Couriers, TNT or Australia Post (whichever is most cost effective) and a handling fee of $2 will be added to all orders for the packaging used to make sure your items get to you safe and securely. Orders are dispatched on a Monday & Tuesday.
